Short video showing how to write umlaut a and o (ä, ö). It should be possible with Alt+[code] (if it doesn't work, please tell me).
(You should not care about the Japanese writing because it is misspelled and contains misused grammar.)

  • theres an easier way..type in "language"in the search bar<change keyboard and other input methods <change keyboard<add<type in language you want<ok

  • Yes, I'm using windows xp and I have a Latin/Cyrillic keyboard. I've tried the combinaitons in both Word and on web pages, but I' getting Russian letters.
