The Security Forces are practically providing facilities for LTTE cadres to surrender and already several hundreds of those who have surrendered are looked after and provided with skills training by the Government. There is also a program to find them overseas employment.

The only place in Sri Lanka where Tamils have no rights to Life, Freedom-of-speech, Edu, Employment, vote (political), Healthcare, Info, Land, Freedom of movement, etc. are in the area under LTTE Terrorist control!
90% of Tamils live in peace & share equal rights with other nationalities of SL in the rest of SL!
