Does the lo-Fi achieve much on its own... ? I'm considering getting one ! You seemed to use it in conjucntion with other effects right ?

Well, the Lo-Fi is an interesting effect that you usually put at the end of your effects chain. You can also use it for getting funky sounds out of other equipment like vocals or drums!
