The backlash against the bonuses awarded to American International Group has reached a crescendo. On Thursday, the House voted overwhelming to tax virtually every penny of the $165 million in bonuses doled out by AIG. At the same time, 19 states attorneys general are demanding the company release details of the bonuses in an effort to try an recoup them. And, perhaps the most bizarre development of the whole fiasco: The New York Times reported on Thursday that AIG is suing the federal government - its majority owner - for the return of $306 million in tax payments.
I can not believe the monumental arrogance of these people. They are going to SUE us after all we have done for them?
That's it, no more Mr. Nice guy - we need to send these crooks to prison, every single one of them.

WTF! Let me get this right...The American government (ie USA taxpayers) saves AIG from going bankrupt and then AIG wants to sue the same government that saved their asses!
Should have let those bastards go to the wall, then picked it up cheap from the liquidator..Then those rich AIG executives would have zero bonus & be begging their rich buddies in other private companies for a job!
