This is a practice video from my new backyard hoop space. I never have the opportunity to film myself, but was blessed with a borrowed camera...So I put on one of my favorite skirts - EVER - a flamenco style skirt with homemade samba style pants underneath (so I could work with different movements later in practice.)

Wow that was very sexy. Not in the usual hoop routine kinda sexy but something very earthy, very soulful. You movements are just so smooth and womenly and strong and bold. Amazing great job!

This by far is in the top list of favorites for everything it is and conveys. Defines sacred power/flow of the hoop. Swirling, shimmering and all. Blessed
