Cynthia was born in Harare on the 22nd of May 1983. She is the second from last of thirteen children. Cynthia has six brothers and six sisters. She attended Cecil John Rhodes Junior School and went onto Thornhill High School, both of which are in Gweru, Zimbabwe. Cynthia received a Diploma in Nursing and an Honorary Bachelor of Science degree from London Southbank University
