  • Part of the growing Police State.

  • Lastly, he didn't follow due process with the domain name seizures. He took the domain names of hip hop blogs, who were sent the songs that were used as evidence against them, by the record labels themselves. That was a clear violation of due process and a limiting on the 1st Admendment.

  • Mr. Morton, I do not wish to be in your shoes...if there is God, or if there is not....I really hope you sleep well.......

  • Get out of my internet, Morton, and STAY OUT.

  • Morton, why dont you go back to Europe, you pig faced white wet back illegal alien descendant of anchor babies!!!!!

  • You are obviously breaking the law nevertheless you are very proud of it!

You are either too stupid to get it or paid a LOT to do it on purpose

  • This asshole even looks like a pig.

  • Lastly, think about what this represents. It's a great divide on socio-economic terms. If you're rich enough to have the Judicial branch work for you, the Constitution does not matter. John Morton can't see that? Or perhaps it's because of Biden. These seizures have done quite a bit of harm to the US. The fact that Morton, Biden, and Espinola think that only the MPAA/RIAA matter is very selective policing. It's sad that our government is picking favorites in such a manner.

  • @exodiathecoolone There's so much wrong here. First, he has merged the issue of child pornography with policing the internet. While they may have taken out 30 sites from their list, there was NO hearing for these people the first time around. I remember asking about NV back in July with no response whatsoever. There, they did a raid on their house. How was that procedure? Then, there has been a mass exodus of sites from the US, so we can't collect tax revenue from those sites. Continued-
