How come India is rising? But the Philippines keeps getting worse? Our masses are almost the same. Filipino masa love Showbiz and Sports Celebrities. But so do the Indian masses! Why does India have superior leaders to the Philippines? Why does the Philippines have idiots like Erap & Abnoy?

@bulos45 Typical "Blame it on the Government" issue, The government implements the rules and its law. But its people is who builds a nation. If there was no smugglers, holdapers and other crimes then there would be less problems to handle. You can never blame the government because you voted for them right? So if they do something wrong, its you who really put them in the position to do those wrong things. People is what builds a Government. Now do you understand? Study your Constitution boy.
