  • not enough blood

  • 81 people like suicide.

  • the dude with the light shirt on is the worst actor ever he ruins the movie for me

  • @FahBhlaqq Its gone now, true gangster life died in the 90's,but go back to the 70's and 80's.

  • This is a great movie everybody should have I think. That girl who gives the speech at the end is the pyrrhic victory. It cost 3 lives to make 1 real success.

  • Sam's voice digs down my spine hahah

  • simply epic best endin ever

  • YOUR WHOLE WAY OF LIFE IS BULLSHIT!!!!!

  • Maybe this is a large Jesus metaphor? Devils advocate to teach other to live better while fucking up in the same way? ...I never digged religion, especially monotheistic religion, because they KNOW they are right. Yet, the scene of Garfield looking at the cross and appearing to pray as they come in? Seems to fit to a modern day Jesus narrative to my reading of the both, the supposed NT and the film. Both characters self-righteous, jaded, and unwilling to speak to one another.

  • @LiLMzBBGambini ...What hood? And which time period? And what escape? Escape failed Garfield in this narrative.

Nothing meant as a slight, but I'm curious as to how you interpret this. LA, and NY, when this movie were made have elements that would likely not exist were this movie to be written today. Constant drama and self-medication has only proliferated in this country, and globally.

I take it metaphorically, a zen recipe, "It's all I got"! "Oh, YOU'RE the victim"...then Stevie, "worth it?
