@jimbophil Connection is, however, 1000 times better than three girl rhumba. Three girl rhumba only has the beginning, weaker than Connection, and you could throw away the rest of the song. Connection was an incredible improvement over Three Girl Rhumba. So even if they settled out of court, I still think Connection is a better achievement. Wire should be grateful: I wouldn't know of their existence if not for Elastica.

Rubbish, it sounds nothing like I Am The Fly except they are using similar chords.. lots of songs have similar chords to each other..

although not for this song. You think this is a rip off, check out Wire's 'three girl rumba" and compare it to Elastica's 'connection'. This was the song they had to pay up for.
