Electric Chair Electrocution Gag for Halloween at Binion's Horseshoe in Las Vegas October 2009

This electric chair gag was setup in front of Binion's Horseshoe on the Fremont Street Experience side of the casino. It was part of the Octoberfest-Halloween celebration for downtown Las Vegas. The machine requires $1 to operate, but it goes nearly nonstop because so many people feed it. This clip was made on Friday October 23, 2009 in the early evening around 8:30 pm.

Hey, I saw this last week too!! It is well scary!! So convincing!!! Freaky how it moves so life-like!!!!! Saw a couple of little girls watching it, they had their hands over their ears and their eyes were popping out! Bless them!! ha!!

The little white sign on the coin box (under the red light) reads "$1.00 Will Make Me Holler."

Saw this in Vegas last week.

We were hesitant to be the ones to "throw the switch," yet we hung around like vultures, waiting for someone else to drop in a dollar.

It didn't take long!

Such a "carny"/sideshow attraction!
