That's a pretty ridiculous thing to say. These types of surgeries haven't been around until VERY recently.
Please do some research before making such a stupid comment. It was his only option to do it this late. I'm sure he would have done it sooner if it were available for more socially acceptable back then.

"a few years ago", this is exactly what I mean. He wouldn't look any different if he did it a few years before then. Stop being rude after they've already taken the steps to look more like a woman. Also it would have costed him a hell of a lot more if he did it earlier.
