In 2001 Six Flags built three of Vekoma's new "Giant Inverted Boomerang" coasters at different parks throughout the chain - one each at Magic Mountain, Great America and Six Flags Over Georgia.
Initially the rides were plagued with problems and to this day many people swear they've yet to get a chance to ride one, but I personally have seen all three running every time I've visted one of the respective parks.
The coaster in this video is the ride at Great America. It really is a unique and intense experience with both forward and backward vertical lifts and three inversions taken in both directions as well.
As of 2005 only 4 of these coasters were built - the trio of "Deja Vu" coasters and another in Spain.
