This video is being hosted within the terms of United States copyright law per the doctrine of fair use because:

1. It represents a very insignificant portion of a copyrighted work

2. This portion was available in free demo versions of the game

3. It is hosted here for the sake of commentary on http://www.NFOpocalypse.com

4. Its use significantly enhances the commentary, which serves a transformative public benefit

5. No free alternative exists that would likewise represent the humorous storyline and refined presentation of the game (I originally attempted screenshots with text in drafting the review)

Footnote: Though this is irrelevant as far as fair use goes, the article on NFO encourages people to purchase this game and this video is a major step to that end. Hence, this small bit of footage is not only not depriving LucasArts of money from their IP, but will (hopefully) earn them money should they rerelease this game on Steam
