Sorry, Angela Merkel is NOT a sane politician... the idea is just ridicilous. The politicians like her are the reason why the German Army has so many problems - internally and externally.

@101327 actually thats the case since 2011. they intermitted the military draft (though it can be recalled anytime) and changed to a all volunteer army

Last time these guys were unleashed it took half the world and all their armies to put the lid back on them. LOL... Good men/soldiers so for Gods sake back them up with sane politicians this time around.These guys are hard to fight Angela.
