  • You are not ready for the shot. U need to be always ready, keep the bat always above the table, ready to go. Ur arm is too relaxed and the bat is below the table waiting for the ball. So when the ball is coming u are trying to get ready for the shot and it is too late. Also, u need to hit the ball at the top of the bounce, try to hit all balls at the same point, some of them u hit too low...

  • @punkpunkadao Thanks for the feedback. It has been some time now since this practive, and I have modified my technique. I am starting with a much more compact stroke for consistency/timing purposes. I will be posting another video in the near future for more feedback. Thanks again!

  • your body is going up too much and try to relax your wrist before u contact the ball
