This clip shows us sailing south after rounding Cape Cook, AKA, the Brooks Penninsula. The large rock astern is called Solendar Island, and because the weather was good, we were able to go inside of it. We saw hundreds are sea lions who have a colony on Solendar Island. Its rocky, rough, and no place you want to be in bad weather, or fog. Just after this clip we started seeing humpback whales, about 20 or so before we anchored in Battle Bay, which is my favorite anchorage in Canada.
