APEX 4.0 is a game changer. Some of the highlights of the release include:

- Plug-ins -- The new plug-in architecture makes APEX more extensible than ever by allowing the community to add custom items, regions, processes and dynamic actions. All you have to do is download, install, and use!
- Websheets -- A new style of application that puts the controls in the hands of the end user rather than the developer. If spreadsheets are causing headaches but a traditional application seems like overkill, Websheets are the solution!
