dont listen to these people, it was the best cuban experience i have had, and i've been seven times. just take hot sauce and the food is fine!

DO NOT GO! FOOD SUCKS, STAFF SUCKS . The only way you will have a good time is if you do not want to eat, and you can speak fluent Spanish. DO NOT GO!!!

Yes It is !! I went at the Kawama from april16 to the 23rd 2009 and everything I saw on that video is exactly how it is over there !!! was my first 3.5 * resort and had I blast !! ... I tought it would be a shitty resort but it wasnt !!!!! =)
