This is the classic ColecoVision port of the Activision game H.E.R.O. For those of you who don't know, H.E.R.O. stands for "Helicopter Equipped Rescue Operation" and premiered in 1984 for a multitude of systems ranging from the Apple II to the Sega SG-1000. The game involved a "hero" participating in a H.E.R.O. to rescue miners trapped in a mineshaft infested with monsters.

Did it ever have an end? For all the years we had it never reached the end.

I used to play the hell out of this game as a kid. Never finished it though. I guess my small boy brain couldn't grasp it's complexity. I'm sure I could kick this games ass now lol.

I absolutely LOVE this game on the Atari 2600. Now I'm getting a Colecovision and just saw this is available on that format too. Looks pretty good! Reminds me of the Commodore 64 version (which I also enjoyed).
