  • @YummyBananaFish hehehe...well IMHO...tone zone is for heavy stuff and distorted tones,,but don't expect good clean sound with the tone zone,,,and for the mahogany...i think you can try high output dimarzio's with low bass and mid,,, because mahogany already have lots of MID and the bass of mahogany is too hard compare to basswood which is soft that you can sustain the notes longer during fast picking or shredding...and i'm deciding what you put on the neck for the rg350..air norton or PAF PRO?

  • @PGBUCKETHEAD I'm glad you said that! I'm working on my 350 now, and Tone Zone was my top choice, so I'm glad it works well. I've got a mahogany Mockingbird as well, which I was gonna put Super Distortions in. Check out this address for plenty of PGM specs and info, btw:

  • @YummyBananaFish wahahahahah...really?? i didn't notice that dude.....well thanks for answering my boring repeating questions...hahaha....i just want to gather information about pg's tone...again...i have an RG321mh and it didn't do well ..i've tried tonezone and its too bassy for the mahogany body...also tried Dimarzio FRED...very low output..but when i tried tonezone to my friends RG350ex ..yah it did great,,,high gain and it sounded similar to pg's tone...hehehehe

  • @PGBUCKETHEAD Tone Zone and Humbucker from Hell. PGBUCKETHEAD, I've answered tonnes of your pickup questions by now, haha! I think I'm stalking you

  • hi remy...what is the pickups of your pgm?
