Complete clip of the first experiment in lighting the 1:1000 scale Polar lights Enterprise engine nacelles. Thsi shows the wiring scheme and how to turn on the engine and select the different lighting modes. It also shows the battery pack a little better.

  • You can find some good simple circuits using google. But I can post a link or too. Are you talking a real strobe like with a zeon element. Those don't like impacts or vibration but they do generate a lot of bright light (these are the tubes used like in fire alarm warning systems).

  • Now that looks cool! We to a lot of rocketry to include night launches...I keep collecting LED gadgets.

    One of my favorites is a personal strobe light in a 2.6 inch rocket boosted on and H motor at night.

    Wish I could find a schematic for building small strobe lights from scratch... I'm just not that good electronically. N9XTT Jay
