OMG....She placed the cooked steaks back in the container that the steaks were marinating in.....Don't do that at home kiddos.

Oh there is a food bourne illness by eating steak that has been doused with raw beef juice. I think its botulism but I may be wrong. I just know that all raw protein is unsafe in different levels. Thats why menus that have such things as steak tar tar has to put a warning to there costomers.

This makes me laugh cause I'm in Culinary school and I know that alot of this is ether wrong or way to basic for most ppl. And this isnt really teaching anybody anything.

looks great but you should never put cooked meat back in the pan that the raw meat was in due to cross contamination.
