easiest way to do this. just get a chainsaw and cut a person. there still gonna be alive in the next 10 minutes.

OK...the trick is: first of all, this is not live, and then everything is on the judge, every time they cut to shot the judges they change something:
1st cut: Leave alone the patient and the doctor. And the secret is that the black guy is a no-legs man, and the legs are part of another guy ( a contortionist) who other half is hiden in the table( that's why he can move the leg).
3rd: replace the table with the contortionist with fake legs
4th: Nothing
5th: Put a real guy there. Bye folks!

Ha ha. It's pretty good. You'd have to look very hard to notice the rigid arms. I doubt the audience had binoculars.
