  • Please type into your browser "EEOC use of criminal background checks by employers" -- To avoid racial discrimination under Title VII 42 USC 2000-e(2)(k) unlawful employment practice (disparate impact) EVERY EMPLOYER since 1975 who uses criminal background checks must have a policy called "business necessity" to examine how recent, how frenquent and relevancy of your conviction's the burden proof is on the employers -- no policy is a violation automatically -- file a complaint with local EEO -

  • being a ex-felon is like buying a house. once u pay ur debt the gov still collects till ur dead! seen numbers that 70%of jobs automatically won't hire ex-felon no matter the circumstances, that's because insurance company's are offering business discounts for not hiring us! I'm a citizen, you don't lose citizenship behind bars so why should we be denied our bill of rights when were considered debt paid "free"? If I got a fiar trial in the firstplace or i wouldn't even be here so it's all fucked
