Brighthouse is pretty bad where I live (Central Florida). Slim pickings having to pick an internet provider. Brighthouse sits pretty knowing that they're the only game in town, so what't the point in being competitive? Hopefully one innovative company will come along and take that piece of the market's pie, offering good internet service and solid cable service.

Calling Brighthouse customer service does nothing .. I've been calling them and dealing with techs & service appointments for almost a year. Check out the BH videos I just posted.
