malignantpoodle states that "there is a lot that the KJV leaves out". I invite anyone interested in truth to put his words to the test. Either God knows what he is doing or he does not. Either we have his preserved words in the KJV or we do not. If we do NOT, as he charges, then pray tell me WHICH Bible in English does so? The King James has been around for nearly 400 years and clearly bears the stamp of God's approval upon it.
SOMEONE is a liar here. Can you tell who it is? I can!

What's funny here is that the passage Lacy references here with regard to removing information, Rev 22:19, "And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life" comes from the Great Bible under Henry VIII of England. The KJV carries this as a translation from the Great Bible and the earlier Vulgate.
AND, there is a LOT that the KJV leaves out from THAT book :)

Actually Lacy is detested in his own community. The guy is of little notoriety. Most Christians today have forsaken the gloomy, judgmental, hateful approach. Well you've got Westboro on your side

Do the numbers 6 and 2 bother you for some reason? Whether you think I'm a doddering old fool or not is of no interest to me. You attacked a proven man of God, one with a track record second to none, so take the heat for your comments, and tell your "friends" that I'm quite happy to be an "idiot" that backs Al Lacy!

I never said all Christians are fools, that I have all answers I didn't say Lacy is to blame for me not being a Christian
You see, when I see people like you, 62 years old that can't communicate, have no regard for common decency, and worship another man actually, define their religion and that of all Christians under one name (i.e. Lacy!), it's easy to see that there is no god guiding you.
My best friends in the world are Christian. Showing them our conversation they think youre an idiot

Too bad when you "became a Christian" as a 14 year-old that it didn't stick, but that's Lacy's fault too, right? Had he met with your definition of what Christians should be, say, and do, everything would have turned out just fine.
