I once got stuck on this level and then this music played as the theme throughout the entire level. I had no clue that this wasn't supposed to be the theme...

if you hear the music [soundtrack] you will hear that jak is pulling out the blaster.

@TheMelonPiranha it might be the Palace music with the Trouble Mode
it´s very cool and i thougt my PS2 has a damage(it has now a Drive Problem, it´s not reading CD-ROM/CD-Music discs ONLY DVD-ROMS or Vids. Im not able to Play PS1 Games because this Problem. But hey JAK II is AWESOME!!!

I bet they intended to use this song somewhere but never got around to implementing it, and they never removed it.

1. kill a Krimson Gurdian
2. run directly into the lift for the Palace

When I was younger recorded by cassette my favorite songs of Jak II, and curiously when had to record the Praxis' palace one (used to be prepared with the recorder before enter the place which appear the song wanted to record) suddenly appeared this music. And still there is between the others in the old cassette hahaha
