@speedbird6431 I know pay scales of most airlines and I can assure you that they all are about the same. Maybe those airlines have better service for passagers, but certainly not for pilots. An Air Canada 777' captain can earn up to 200k a year, a captain on the A320 starts at about 100k a year and increase each year.

@rainbow6vegaslover Wow, please never comment about aviation ever again. They are not jets, they are PROPELLERS!! AHAHAHAHAH IDIOT!!!

@speedbird6431 I've been on many BA flights which I found to be quite poor and have been on some that have been pretty decent. Air Canada is the same way, however, as a pilot, you fly for the airline that has the best combination of pay, schedule, lifestyle and opportunity. BA does not offer the same as Air Canada in this regard.

@speedbird6431 Plus, Canadian airlines are better than American airlines any day of the week, for regionals anyway.

@speedbird6431 Fair enough, I guess we all have preferences.
air canada is air coach right?
do you want to fly for ba?

BA is much better than Air Canada in many ways! Any European or Asian airline is. I would fly for BA as a PILOT any time but i'm not British. My months as a flight attendant are numbered :)

@maxou5757 Flying is flying, but a lot of European and Asian airlines are known to have better standards and a higher pay scale
