Our baby girl Malulani Davis

Trisomy 18. Our girl Malulani was born with Trisomy 18. Her life here on earth lasted only 28 days. She was loved by everyone and we enjoyed every minute we had with her. She got her wings on May 3, 2008 after her big heart failed. We love you Malu!

For anyone going through a similar situation this will be the toughest thing you will ever go through, not matter what decision you make. There will always be that hole in your heart, but time will heal the pain of the wound. When we remember our Malulani, we only think of the positive experiences. And there is hope for the future. We had a healthy baby boy last year and he is the light of our life. He will always have his angel sissy looking down on him.

hey my name is amanda and i just found out today my unborn son has trisomy 18 we r deciding to have the baby im 22 weeks now this is sooo hard to deal with because i have a 16 month old daughter thats completely healthy im just wondering was it hard to deal with when u found out?i found ur video very beautiful

It was very hard to deal with, not just when we found out, but throughout the whole experience. My husband was my rock throughout everything and we just surrounded ourselves with loved ones. We tried to just focus on the positive things and keep our spirits high. There will be tough times ahead, but after this, you can survive anything. I hope for the best for you, your baby, and your family.

What a beautiful child! God bless you for all you did for your angel while she was here - it is more than many parents do in a lifetime! Our Baby Ella got her wings on July 17 of this year, we spent 20 minutes with her, but even 1000 years would not be enough! God bless you and your angel baby!

May your beautiful little girl rest in peace. My cousin's daughter had trisomy 18. She died just a few minutes before she was born. I know that saying "I'm sorry for your loss." won't make you feel much better, but I hope it will bring you some comfort to know that I am thinking of your precious baby.

She is lovely, im so sorry. I know how u feel, my brother joshua died of trisomy18 in june 2006, he was 4 week's and 5 day's, i miss him more than word's. Stay strong. x

I also have an angel that iI held. I lost my daughter Tiah 6 yrs ago, although it was very hard it was amazing at the same time. Tiah was ment to be my daughter but was not ment to stay. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her. I know she is waiting for me and we will be together again.

btw: I know a 26 years old woman who had trisomie-18 baby (he was born dead) - and the next baby followed very soon, was completly healthy ;o)
