A tribute video for the World Trade Center from it's construction in the 60s and 70s, to the destruction of it in 2001.

  • A "Special Place In My Heart"...Born & Raised in New York. Years later worked at Tower 2 of the WTC. Met my brother for lunch by the Sphere which was in the middle of a fountain of water as it cascade around the Sphere...What a relaxing place to have lunch during those hectic working hours...I will remember the WTC and its true beauty and what it meant to all of us New Yorkers...

  • ROT IN HELL SEPT 11 VICTIMS U ARE ALL UGLY THAN ROBIN MEADE IS!

  • on 0:53 you got that picture from man on wire right?

  • @Derchimaster1 Nothing wrong with being sentimental, and impossible is a strong word, they were put up in the first place. It takes will power and it seems that thos doing the planning had little in mind for the memorial and only worked out how the site of an atrocity can be economically be converted back into optimum real estate. As if I didn't know already that there is nothing i can do about it, I can however voice my opinions on a sentimental video if I want to.

  • @Jaya365 You can't do about it. The Foundations are down. Every single structure already has their footprint What are you going to do take them down? It makes absolutely zero sense to build a twin given the current composition of the site, and it would be virtually impossible financially and politically Lobbying for the TT II is pathetic a way to change what can't be changed We all have an emotional attachment to the twins, but they're gone Do yourself and others a favor and get over it

  • @Derchimaster1 I know they weren't that great I never saw them in person but they had the grey corporate look that was popular in the late 60's to the 80s. What I meant though was that they should have been put back as a symbol of defiance. i.e "knock em down we put em back up again." - updated but as two towers all the same. the current plans won't give the area the monument factor that it deserves - cos whatever is built should be a lasting reminder of the day the world changed.
