well, if you have your computers in the same network - no matter if wifi or old-fashioned LAN - you van do this easily via network, no need for this gadget...
@Trillios you can use a trillions of sw for this - e.g. total commander, option "synchronise folders"

I do that with built in wifi in my portable PCs, its nothing special (for me)
