Scene 123 - The next morning, Abhi walks in Sanjeevani and meets Umer Bhai who reminds him that the interns won't be coming as they have been given the day off. Abhi begins to daydream that Niki has come into the hospital and asks her why she didnt come with him last night. He continues to gaze at her lovingly when he is snapped out of his daydream and realizes that it was Umer Bhai the whole time!

this is my all time fav an scne . abhi is like a small kid hoping against hope and askin if dr nikita has come ? then he imagines nikki and his face lights up like a kids whose bday wish has come true... its really sweet . i love abhi's expressions in this scene
