Interview of the countertenor Philippe Jaroussky about his album "Cerestini, a story of a castrato"

26/11/07
with english subtitles.

Translation is a very difficult exercise for me because I don't speak english very well.
So I know there is a lot of imperfections but...
I hope that you will understand the essential. XD

However, if you want to correct my translation, don't hesitate a second and send me a message.
Comments are welcome because they could help me for the following video.

Thanks
Lise

  • thank you very much for all your thanks and support !

I hope I won't deceive you with the following videos. :)

  • I do not know who this "lise" is that is being thanked but let me add my appreciation. The interview was fascinating and will lead me to go out and buy a few more CDs, listen to/watch a few more video clips; and, of course, appreciate M. Jaroussky's work even more. I would be delighted to find more such subtitled interviews of M. Jaroussky appearing.

  • Lise is my firstname.

  • his voice is gorgeous, but so is he himself. I really enjoy both, great combination. also a very sweet self-presentation.
