The bass sounds a bit over powering to me.

Completely stupid statement - every member of Van Halen would say so themselves. I love Van Halen but no band can touch Led Zeppelin. Look at zeppelin's diverse range of music - Kashmir, Ten Years Gone, The Rain song, No Quarter, Achilles LAst STand, Going to California, Tangerine, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,

They also sound better live than Led Zeppelin at that one off reunion show in London @ the O2 Arena at the end of 2007. This is the real Van Halen at their finest!

I was there for show number 2 with 3 friends. Damn fun night. Couldn't talk the next day after screamin' every song, including this one with them.

its really hard to tell the difference im 99% sure its a mini.

well i was in toronto and they used a normal sized guitar, maybe they used a "little guitar" at the concert u went to but, iunno

i saw the show in glendale. its a little one, its just tough to tell.
both are just bands making music, you could equally name 10 diverse van halen songs, infact van halen probablly have a bigger range of styles than led zepp, just because led zepp are older doesn't mean they merrit any extra respect. van halen equally helped evolve/change music.

On this tour, Eddie used a little guitar some nights and a regular sized one on other nights. Maybe it had to do with tuning. I cant wait for new material and another tour from the REAL VAN HALEN!!!!
