How do u figure out you're metabolic type? Very interesting.

@PEACE19611 For us, it was a result of trying different diets and seeing what worked. We both tried the raw vegan thing and the low-carb thing, and the meat-and-veggies thing. And Lara found that she felt best and achieved weight control with low carb/eliminating grains. What worked for me was about 50% raw and the rest balanced amounts of meat, grain and fats. But the best way to know for sure would be to see a metabolic type specialist like Neda.
