100+ hours designing, 3 hours finishing cuts & assembly with reamer. Tape from rpm meter flaps very loud.
This is the first day of testing with 4 traditional Nikola Tesla style flat plates 1/32" alloy w/1/64" gaps, will have pulley and gearing done for 36v brushless motor generator this week. The rattle is a loose shim washer in case after "bedding in". Gaskets of graphite are structural and can shim for shaft end-plat float. Also have Pelton style and pinwheel style rotors for testing in 1/8" think sections for stacking.

  • Nice seeing others actually building Tesla turbines. Good job...trust me, I know what it takes to make one of these work properly ;)
