I'm sticking with my DVDs. The upconversion on my PS3 ain't much, but it does make the show look better than it usually did on DVD. Besides, Funimation was pretty lazy with the boxart. It's the same as the Season DVD sets that came out from 2008-2009. I have seen the comparison picks, and I have even seen some of the episodes of YYH on Blu-Ray here on Youtube, but I'm still sticking with my DVDs. It sucks that Japan probably won't give Funimation the boxart and menu designs.

I've watched my yu yu hakusho seasons on my blu ray player, and the picture didn't look to good to me...but II thought my dbz orange box seasons looked good on it. (so I wont buy dbz on blu ray), but I'll buy Yu yu on blu ray for the remastering :)

@Notebookwriter1 FUNimation doesn't need to copy the original art, they could've been more creative and produced a new design for the covers.

But I don't mind, it's the first time I've been watching YYK series on Blu-ray, because before I didn't. Excellent video/audio, boxart could've been improved.

Tho, DBZ Level 1.1 needs way more improvement on its cover than YYK, it's just too simplistic and shows FUNi isn't putting effort into making the covers.

Man I'm really going to have to buy these on bluray even though I already own all the original seasons. I might just keep the originals as a vintage version of Yu YU.

Are you really sure Yu Yu Hakusho blue-ray is A and B region? On Amazon it says it's region 1 Usa and Canada only.
