  • Wow. Amazing shot.

  • Yes, I did another one almost a year ago. Unfortunately the new one has condensation on the lense. Check it out on my YouTube homepage.

  • Sounds like you were shivering a lil'. LOL. Made me cold just watching this. Good catch all the same.

  • Yes, it was a little chilly. I think this might be my favorite. Can't wait to get another video of the Downeaster in a snow storm. The way the weather has been I should have another soon!

  • the train threw snow on your camera!

  • Yes it did. It's probably the best video I've done.

  • scary.

  • LOL go Amtrak! You'll notice that you can't get a direct flight to/from East Kingston either. What with the delays, security nightmares, and whatnot in the nation's airports these days, one may as well take the train for short (regional) trips. I always do, and it's cheaper, easier, and MUCH more comfortable than flying. And safer. Even if you can't get it in East Lansing, NH, and even if there are occasionally weather delays (the 91 through Cola SC was nearly 3 hours late a few weeks ago)

  • Cool. (no pun intended). The way the gas prices are going, the Downeaster is keeping really busy, & I've read that they've even considered making more runs, due to high demand(soaring gas prices), especially around the holidays. The one I saw last week heading east, looked pretty packed!

  • They never slow down no matter the weather.
