@TheDueI Ummmm not really. I have Garageband, you see the audio waves and I essentially just line them up. It's a lot of recognizing patterns when you see the song. Sometimes there is more to it, using EQ setting to alter a chunk to make it more bass heavy and drop the volume so it sounds like the beat has just dropped to bass and nothing else. but for the most part. it's relatively easy. It's just trying to make it match the track exactly is hard because the variations don't repeat like a loop.
