Woohoo! I finally put my Japanese experience to good use! ^__^
This is a translation and subtitling of the opening theme for the Japanese release of Transformers: Animated (トランスフォーマーアニメテッド). My Japanese is not perfect, and I tried to translate for context, not just literally--if anyone sees any mistranslations or other errors, let me know! ^__^

@YukinoToki That seriously fucks up the lore of this entire universe if they can't name a damn character what his real name is. I think the funniest incident of this was Lockdown's name is "Rockdown" (slightly racist).

@pie2413 It's cause in the japanese version they tried to make it run alongside the Bayverse instead of a stand alone show like in america. They even renamed poor Bulkhead into Iron Hide XD I forget what they ended up calling the actual Iron Hide in animated in japan
