Rice Wine is usually called 料酒 (Liao Jiu)
Yolk is 蛋黄 (Dan Huang; or egg yellow literally)
I realize it's hard to learn proper Chinese growing up in the U.S. because I came here when I was 4. But try to speak it more at home and with friends who speak Chinese while watching Chinese shows or movies. Soon enough you'll be speaking like naturals.
