It's a shame this guy ain't considered a guitar legend. The stuff he does is not only original, but out of this world. You truly have to take in a life-changing live show of his to truly appreciate the full sound he gets out of that thing! I had the pleasure of being front row last year... unbelievable!

damn he does look really happy to be up there

This guy does more with his right hand on the guitar than most guitarists do with both, that's right, I said right hand

he is too underrated and too incredible for words

you're absolutely right my friend. Marty and I have a mutual friend who had a tree planted there in his memory.

He's going to be playing this venue, Higher Ground, in a couple of weeks. Going to be there and can't wait for some Marty goodness!

Every time I find a new Martin Sexton video, my jaw hits the floor, and then i watch it again 3 more times, and then go pick up my guitar. Marty is a truly inspirational artist, and it is a damn shame that he is not world famous.
Great, great version. Big thanks for the post goldenroadmike. Awesome, awesome vid quality. 3ccd? Diggin the beard and short hair.

Much appreciated fee. This show was excellent, Marty was like a kid up there. Just flying around the stage, he must have been happy to be back up there, his energy was huge. I shot it with a Sony camera that has a pretty good movie setting. Anyway, thanks again. Go Marty.
