this is my second semester as a freshman in college and i still just stay in the dorm after classes i have not been no were not met anybody at all that i can chill with i completely made my self a ghost were to the point that i don't even want to be up here anymore i need serious help i just sit in my dorm thinking about all types of crazy shit that's not evening happening in my life

I had/have social anxiety aswell, I tought too much of everything, but now I kinda slowed , and it's a good thing to know there more than me (I'm kinda egocentric here), but now it's getting easier, I just shared my interests with some people, even some problems, and it sure helped, but this is a flowing "thingy" so, go on , and by the way you are not awkward , only look that vid that way, and it's hard to look in a different way, but try, I say change is a hard word, but it is a relief.

I feel for you. My advice is this. I noticed that my bad eye contact come from the anxiety. Everything I feel this feeling my eye contact is bad and I feel weird. But every now and then, I feel normal. It's because my anxiety is dropping. I would say that you need to listen to music that makes you happy. Because you will feel good, and not nervous. NOTE: anything you're doing good and you thing about the anxiety, it will come back. Hoped this helped.
