  • I looked for these on Amazon...they ran from $10 to $100. What am I looking for?

  • @rlamm225 6lbs would be a great weight to start with if you've never done anything like what we demonstrated before. Youtube isn't letting me post Amazon links at the moment (annoying), but I see several that are under $20! No need to get a specific brand, etc.

  • @rlamm225 I found this one on sale at a sporting goods store - this is an 8 pound ball that we are using. If you've never done this type of work before, I'd recommend starting with a 6 pound ball. - Steve
