you should do a video of the three different types of enclosures sealed ported and bandpass i seriously wanna know why does 6th order bandpasses tend to hit higher on the meter with a range of 20hz then a normal ported enclosure

@woodzyspl Thank you, I'll keep that vid idea for future possibilities. 15s and 18s are very large for trunk cars. Traditionally 2) 12s or 10s work best in trunks. Build your box to cover the opening behind the seat as much as possible. Then there are many techniques to seal, but a simple one is to use Second Skin deadener to cover the rear deack and gaps between the box and trunk opening.

can i give you a scenario? If my two 15 l7's are facing the truck in my four door car will i be able to do a hairtrick Mr showtime? im real serious about getting this hairtrick accomplished in my four door car and still being able to use my back seats! Can u please respond to this?

@toughguyv trunk cars are a bit more difficult to get loud and do hairtricks since the setups cant be max efficient. It could be possible with alot of power, best scenerio would be to have the woofers and port fire forward and seal off from the rear of the trunk.

@ShowtimeSPL Ok so seal off the trunk so no air gets out then face the speakers toward the windsheild? I dont get it? i asked when i got it installed what would be louder and the installer said facing the back is always louder. It makes since to me to face it toward the windshield though...

@toughguyv You would seal the trunk around the woofer baffle so no air can pass from the cabin of the car to the trunk. So the only air that can pass is from the woofers and the port. Normally facing to the rear of the trunk is louder, unless you do a proper forward firing box and seal it off correctly. Look at Thorshammer whom has one of the loudest trunk cars ever.
