Hey Kodjo. I hope that all is well. So far I've gotten leaner and lost 7pounds. I do have one question. Do you have any idea how many calories I may be burning each day with the workout. I'm 5'4 and 162.

@TheLyric78 It's impossible to tell. I think the main think you have to focus on is view the process of getting leaner and in better shape, a lifestyle journey rather than a goal. A goal keeps you stressed out because you have to keep count of calory burns, and every single food you eat. A lifestyle routine gets rid of all that because you exercise and eat healthy naturally. Hope that makes sense, and CONGRATS on losing 7lbs!

Hey man, Iknow this is old, I wanted to ask though. Did, you mean this to be an eight week program? The last statement confused. I want to start today, once my muscles cool off a bit.

@spadeingaces Great question. What I meant was to get even better results, repeat the entire 4 week program all over again but this time around you increase the resistance. Since your body was conditioned on 20 sec sets, it will react by burning even more fat when you increase the set time to 30 or 40 seconds. Hope that helps

@kodjoworkout Very much, so if I do this workout for persay 12 months, just up it 50 seconds each set and do 2 sets of the 50 seconds to start and then the next week the full 3 sets.

@spadeingaces I would advise that you switch routines (i.e that you refresh your workout) after week 8. My website has hundreds of individual routines that you can put together in a thoughtful manner that would carry you through week 12 through 16. Then switch again. Because the body adapts very fast, so you have to keep shocking it with brand new exercises or changing the intensity of the workouts
