can you PLEASE tell me if i can by the regulator with out the motor, i took apart my door and took the motor off of the regulator but i dont know if i can put it on a new regulator i buy or how i would do it

can i do like this on my bmw e39 520 1996-97 years?? it's left rear window doesnt work good.

Best thing is to follow the Part 1 video and make sure that the mechanism is the same as shown. I am pretty sure it will be.
