******LYRICS BELOW******

let's just forget
everything said
and everything we did
best friends, better halves, goodbyes

and the autumn night
when we realized
we were falling out of love

there were some things
that were said
that weren't meant
like we never did

not to be
overly dramatic

i just think it's best
cause you can't miss what you forget

so let's just pretend
everything and anything
between you and me
was never meant

  • i'm just starting to actually get into music theory. just making sure i understand, this song is in 4/3 right? ...or 6/2. lulz, i'm a theory noob. sorry.

  • @anthonysjb It's 4/4 :) Don't let the hi-hat fool ya!

  • @sonicfanatic4949 Me too... at the time i didn't knew about kbps so i dowloaded the cd and i was happy with it, but i recently found a 320kbps copy and it is a bit better. Just a bit.. i think this one is a little more than 250, so doesn't change much.

  • @fkthlf Noobs. V0 is the way to G0.

  • From a percussionist:

This is definitely 6/4, (each phrase is two measures of 6/4 to be exact). The groove in this song phenomenal.

  • It's 6/4. Listen to the drumsticks at the beginning. You could also play it in 4/4. Wouldn't make a difference.

  • @itsbuddydude it is definitely 4/4

  • It's in 3/4ths guys... 6/4, 4/3, and 6/2 aren't actually time signatures...

  • How can this song have 30+ dislikes.......do you have ears?

  • @anthonysjb what does the way someone dresses have to do with anything?

  • @collincake the lead guitar is playing a 6/4 polyrhythm over the 4/4 rhythm guitar and drums in some parts. you can technically count it either way though.

  • gonna guess 6/4

  • @lickapotato

as long as there's emotion involved with the writing of music, it's good imo. i love pop punk, and i'm in a pop punk band, but i'm also trying to start up a side project like this. look at transit. they're basically perfectly between american football and pop punk. but, i agree that there is a lot wrong with dressing like a gothic homosexual.
