If this position was to be assumed for just a static stretch, would that be OK?
I find the leg corss over stretches out my hips well, but I dont perform this dynamically, I simply carefully get into the position and relax for 20/30 secs...is this dangerous/should I stop?

to what degree is this twisting lumbar and thoracic? is it safe or at least is there a safe way of doing it?
